Because of their high levels of intelligence and overall abundance in the more rural areas of upstate New York, these cows are part of an experimental,state-sponsored "seeing eye cow" program. My mom has worked extensively in both lobbying for and implementing the program. We are overwhelmingly excited to report that my mom will be one of first recipients of a cow, hopefully enabling here to return to the level of freedom and mobility she had before the accident.
